The caring staff provided exceptional service, enhancing my stay. Plus, its great location allowed easy access to local attractions and the metro. A gem in the heart of the city!

i loved my stay at nell! the deluxe double room was spacious and comfortable, and the location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect. the highlights were the amazing beauty treatments at the in-house spa, which made me feel so relaxed. breakfast was delightful, too!

The Superior room featured a lovely coffee machine, and the friendly staff surprised us with complimentary pastries during our stay. The quiet side street allowed for a peaceful retreat after exploring nearby restaurants.

The staff gave personalized service, making me feel at home during my stay. The suite was clean, modern, and well-equipped, which made for a very relaxing experience. Breakfast featured amazing authentic French dishes that exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed a lovely city view that added to the overall ambiance of the room.

Compact yet incredibly comfortable, the Superior Double Room featured delightful honey-scented toiletries and provided complimentary water and home-baked Alentejo bread. The staff were exceptionally attentive, promptly supplying an ironing board and assisting with taxi arrangements. While we didn't try the breakfast, the buffet looked abundant and high-quality. A downside was the limited variety in the breakfast offerings, which could use some expansion, and there were minor noise disturbances at times. However, the stay was excellent value for a central location.

The breakfast at Hotel de Nell was a real game changer. I should've tried it sooner! Plus, the cozy vibe of the classic double room made it the perfect retreat after a day of tasting local bites like pho at Pho Bobum, just a hop away!
